Ireland 2023

Here we go 🇮🇪 !!

Ireland… Just 3 days ago Facebook reminded me of our 1st holiday in Ireland. That was exactly 9 years ago, when our daughter had just turned 15 and went on a language trip to Galway.

We started with the mobile home in the same direction, picked them up there after 3 weeks and drove the Wild Atlantic Way together for 1 week.

What we didn't suspect at the time: Our daughter spontaneously fell in love with this beautiful country and returned there 6 years later - forever. 🥲

Due to corona lockdowns and other circumstances, we haven't been able to visit them there for the last 3 years. But now! We are very happy!

On the way, a stopover at the caravan fair in Düsseldorf is planned again 🎄. We haven't made it there in the last 2 years either, although that's actually always a fixed item on the program for us campers 🤩

We started yesterday evening, 1st stage = 40 km to Ingo's place of work. So it can start right away when he has finished work, because the direction is already right.

After all the packing and the last bulk purchase at Aldi, fast food was the order of the day last night 😇
