01. 02.02.2020 (Day 1+2)

Today is the day of days!

Our 9-week Southeast Asia adventure begins!

The alarm threw us out of bed at 5 o'clock... but as with our previous trips... we like to get up early when it's time to go to the airport!

After packing the rest into our carry-on luggage, my dad and brother will pick us up at half past 8, and kindly drive us to the airport in Amsterdam 😊😘

We arrive at Amsterdam Airport within 3 hours, with no traffic.

After checking in our big backpacks, it's time to say goodbye!

After a turbulent flight, we landed in Doha at 9:15 PM German time.

At 12:45 AM, we will take off towards Bangkok 😍

Punctually at 12:45 PM (6:45 AM German time) we landed in Bangkok this time, without any turbulence.

You're probably all thinking... now they've made it but nope, 😊 we're still getting on a plane today!

The final leg of our journey to our first destination is still ahead of us.

After a 5-hour layover at Bangkok Airport, we fly again for another hour and a half to Chiang Mai!

We finally made it!

We landed safely and completely exhausted in Chiang Mai.

Quickly take a shower and then off to bed...

The journey was quite exhausting 🙈
