38th day, heading towards Italy Montpellier

Ciao Italy,
we made a leap over the French Alps. After being massively disappointed by Flixbus ('Zefix Flix', that's material for its own story, what comes to mind right now is nothing for the www.) We took the French regional train. It was a kind of 'train station shopping', also very interesting. Only unpackaged bicycles are allowed in regional trains, both in France and in Italy.

That's how the day went on the trains.
-Montpellier - Avingnon
Avignon - Marseil (Marseille)
-Maseil - Nice
-Nice - Vintimille (already in Italy)
Then we continued with the Italian regional train.
-Vintimille - Savona (we're waiting here right now😉). More tomorrow...

Update: The train left on time, but it was a local train, it stopped at every henhouse. We couldn't keep the time frame of arriving between 9 and 10 pm. The hotel wrote to us that the reception closes at 10:00 pm. We contacted them and even called. At 10:30 pm we received an email saying that now they're closing the hotel.🤔. These are the differences, in Spain you only go to eat, in Italy they close the hotel. I don't think they have a bar. Let's send them around with Flixbus😅.
