27th November - last day in Southeast Australia

Today we have to pack our suitcases. Tomorrow morning we will go to Melbourne Airport. First, we will return the car there, then we will check in and fly around 12 o'clock to the last stop of our Australia trip: Perth.

This morning we were in Williamstown again. We had breakfast there, went for a walk and then visited the Botanical Garden, which cannot compare to the one in Christchurch. We sat in the park on a bench for some time and read. Tonight we want to have dinner about 200 meters from our accommodation. The restaurant looks good from the outside. Let's be surprised.

There are not many photos today: the first photo shows the view from our reading bench. The second is an addition to yesterday. Here, an old building is being renovated, just like the new ones are being constructed. The wooden frame construction is first built, then the outer shell is installed, followed by insulation and the inner shell. The third photo does not need much comment: Christmas decorations in summery temperatures.
