Day 6: On the highway to Miami Beach

On the 6th day, we started with bright blue skies but cool temperatures. We drove straight towards Miami Beach. Along the way, we made a stop at a rest area. The dimensions are simply 3-4 times larger than what we're used to. While continuing our drive, Sabrina spotted living iguanas on the shoulder of the road. The area was monotonous until we reached the coast. Along the highway, there were only bushes and water. Shortly after Fort Lauderdale in Hollywood, Sabrina led us to a culinary secret. The decor was a bit unusual but the food was really good. In the evening, we first checked into the hotel and then returned the car to the airport.

At the moment, I'm a bit confused because I don't know what to expect next. I had to repack my suitcase and pack my swimsuit, sunscreen, and a new t-shirt in my carry-on. We ended the evening with a walk along Ocean Drive.
