The weekend with my host family

My weekend was very good and I had a lot of fun with Ghazal. On Saturday, we took a bus and train to Cologne with Rachel, Anna, Sarah, and Nour and we went shopping there. We ate pretzels, fish and chips, and I had my first donut at Dunkin Donuts. It was very delicious! Then we came back home and I watched Ghazal's and Sarah's basketball game with Rachel, I really enjoyed it. It was cool to learn something new and then we also watched Home Alone in German. It was funny and I could understand almost everything!

On Sunday, we played Uno, chess, and other board games, I had a lot of fun too. Then we went bowling together with Rachel, Anna, Sarah, and Nour. First, we played darts, then hide and seek, then foosball, and we also ate nachos with cheese sauce. After that, we played bowling and it was really great, but I lost.

Nevertheless, my weekend was wonderful and I would like to do it again! Germany is beautiful and I would recommend it.
