Day 5: Perth - Ikea

പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു: 20.09.2018

What does an Austrian family do on a Sunday in Australia? They go to Ikea!

Although our motorhome is fully equipped, there are a few important and practical things missing for a family of five. Luckily, there is an Ikea in Perth, so it's not a problem to buy a high chair, folding chair, pots, pans, mixer, boxes, sand toys, etc. at a somewhat affordable price.

We are not the only ones with this Sunday program. The parking lot is packed and the restaurant is also very busy at lunchtime. Samuel and Maxima are fascinated that children in Australia are also big fans of Peppa Pig.

After our Sunday shopping, we decide to take it easy and not continue driving. We stay another night at Karrinyup Water Resort. Site 122 is already occupied, but 121 is still available. So not much changes. We spend the rest of the day at the playground and in the heated pool. For dinner, we have shredded beef with mushrooms and rice.
