The Caddy was ready, but what are the entry and transit requirements again?

Theoretically, transit through Luxembourg, Belgium, and France shouldn't be a problem. We started the journey on Monday morning at 11 o'clock with the entry form required by the UK. Tina was quickly picked up in Trier... I was terribly excited and tense. With each border we passed and at which 'nothing happened', it got a little better. The border controls in Calais were also harmless, no one wanted to see the form. As planned, we were in the waiting area of the ferry at 18:45 - amazing.

Masks are mandatory on the ferry. But apart from buying a sandwich, we were outside the whole time anyway... In Calais, you could already see the coast of England. Beautiful sky, beautiful wind, beautiful sea.

I LOVE this view of the cliffs of Dover. People have been arriving here since ancient times. We arrived in Dover just in time for sunset.

Things got exciting when we drove off the ferry. What will the health check look like? Will there be questions about the form? Will they send us to quarantine? But EVERYTHING was unnecessary, we were probably in the right queue and were simply waved through... Oh man, unbelievable, so many concerns - thank goodness for nothing!
