Me, another translator and another translator got up early to catch the first bus to waterford. But the bus got cancelled so we had to wait for the next one.

Even though there are a lot of buses driving around it's always difficult to find the correct one because there are many different bus companies, the timetables keep changing and as we have learned sometimes the buses just don't stop.

We walked around a bit in waterford but there wasn't a lot to see, so we continued towards tramore. Another translator asked the bus driver for 3 student tickets since many bus companies offer a student discount but he responded quite annoyed: 'You aren't in school on saturday are you? So you are not students today! We only give student tickets during the week!'

Which was the first time that we had ever heard that there was a student discount only during the week. Which doesn't make a lot of sense, and also it was sunday and not saturday, but we didn't want to start a fight with the bus driver.

We arrived in tramore and walked along the coast line towards the beach. It's been a while since I had seen the sea and here it was quite beautiful. 

The weather wasn't that warm but still a lot of people went for a swim. Though most were equipped with gloves, swimsuits and watershoes. 

We ate our lunch at the beach between a few sand dunes. We had little bits of sunshine but it really wasn't warm enough for any of us to go for a swim.

On the way back we quickly walked through an amusement park that was next to the beach and the had some fun attractions. Though we had to get to our bus stop to start our way back to clonmel since it was already the last bus.

We were all very tired when we finally arrived at home and after a quick dinner, we said good night for today.

Thankfully we have the late shift again next week.
