City Tour Gothenburg

Another restless night. No idea what's going on with Jule. Oh yeah, developmental leap or just a phase or a tooth. It will pass. At the latest when she turns 18 ;)

After breakfast, we packed our things and headed to the city. Since parking fees are ridiculously expensive, we took the tram. Philip loved it. We rode until the Lilla Bommen stop, passing by the Liseberg amusement park. But we're skipping that one. Too expensive for barely any rides. We walked along the harbor to Maritiman. A walk-in and hands-on ship museum. Various small boats, as well as a submarine and a destroyer, were docked there and you could go inside and explore everything. Quite creepy at times, with narrow corridors, steep stairs, and ladders to climb down. Philip didn't find it funny in certain parts and was scared of the mannequins representing the crew. Meanwhile, Jule was sleeping in the carrier with Papa. A really cool excursion tip for the weekend ;)

Afterwards, everyone was hungry for ice cream. We found an ice cream shop in a huge shopping center full of a thousand other things. Since we had a day ticket, we took the tram for a little city tour. Packed like sardines during rush hour, just like in Dresden. Finally, we made a stop at Universeum. But it was already too late for the museum. Maybe tomorrow. Conveniently, there was free Wi-Fi here. Quickly uploaded a few photos....
