This week was Halloween's turn. Halloween itself is only at the beginning of next week, but it starts this week. We searched for suitable costumes at the Halloween Shop on State street. We didn't really find anything and only bought a few "accessories". On Thursday we were able to go to school dressed up.

On Friday, my colleague went to Las Vegas, but since I will go to Las Vegas with my parents in January, I stayed here. I went to the Community Pool with another colleague. An outdoor pool which was heated and had saltwater. It was a great experience and felt good, but freshwater is definitely more pleasant for my taste.

On Saturday we drove to the city to watch a flashmob. It was the World Dance for Humanity and everyone danced to the song "Thriller" by Michael Jackson in costume. In the evening, the host family was away, so I spent the evening at home, cooking and doing laundry.

On Sundays, I made phone calls and then went to a park.
