Day 19

I didn't sleep very well and kept waking up. By 9am I couldn't sleep anymore. It was drizzling lightly, so I stayed in bed and had breakfast around 11:30 am. I put on my rain jacket and headed into town around 12 o'clock. But shortly after I started walking, it stopped raining. Classic. There were a few people surfing in the bay, but the waves were actually too small for it, me being an old surf pro🏄🏼‍♂️. There were few shops open on that Sunday, so I walked through the streets and looked for bookstores or t-shirts. I found nothing😕

Around 3pm, I had a cappuccino and 2 croissants, which the French mastered much better though😁. At the bus stop, I had a cold cola and later I went for a bike ride, I wanted to watch the sunset today. The clouds prevented it, but the view was still very beautiful.

I cruised around the little town a bit more but I was starving. And I didn't want to walk too far. Great, a burger place nearby with good reviews. So let's go. I treated myself to a double TGB burger with fries and a large beer. I deserved it. The burger and fries were top notch. And the price of the place was really affordable. Evening closing beer, brush teeth and then off to bed.
