Spitzkoppe Mountain

Before checking out of our hotel, we have a good breakfast and then lunch before heading to Spitzkoppe Mountain. On the way there, we briefly stop at Skeleton Beach, where we visit a shipwreck and a seal skeleton. Right after that, we go straight to Spitzkoppe. Once we arrive, we hike up the rocks and enjoy the view before a Bushman picks us up and takes us to an ancient settlement where over 2000 Bushmen left cave paintings. He also tells us about how they used to live and what the cave paintings mean.

After the nice walk, we watch the sunset from the rocks and enjoy the campfire, where our cook tells us about their culture. Then it's off to bed quickly because we have to get up early the next day.

The night was very beautiful as we slept on the rocks under the starry sky and were able to observe shooting stars.
