After exploring London a bit on Monday, Tuesday was reserved for Cambridge. So I took the tube to King's Cross Station, where people actually stand in line for hours to take a picture of their child dressed as Harry Potter in front of Platform 9 3/4... From there, I took the train to Cambridge.
The first thing that caught my eye on the map was the University's Botanic Garden, which I, as a former gardener, naturally had to visit. After that, I wanted to visit the University, starting with the Mathematical Bridge, which I actually found somewhat disappointing, so I didn't take any more photos afterwards...
Finally, I met up with Aymar, who was doing his master's thesis in the same research group as me.
Unfortunately, I missed the last connection from King's Cross to Pimlico, so I had to take a taxi back to the hostel...
