Day 4: The journey continues

Departure day. We wake up around 8 o'clock and have breakfast on our 'terrace' in beautiful sunshine. We pack our stuff just in time before it starts to rain. We say goodbye a little bit wistfully to Grandma and Grandpa and head to Slovenia. We really liked Vienna. It's a great, very clean city with lots of opportunities! We will definitely come back when the kids are older because there is still so much to explore.

The drive to Ptuj via Graz goes smoothly and relaxed. Unfortunately, the weather is still not as we imagine it. It's about 17 degrees, cloudy and it keeps raining.

We arrive in Ptuj around 3:30 p.m. It's a small, very pretty place with 'Terme' right next to the campsite.

We are allowed to choose a pitch. Right next to our chosen spot, there is a duck couple sitting in the grass. Marik is very excited to chase them.

Since the weather is still very bad, we decide to go to the 'Terme' again. Actually, it's just a normal swimming pool with several pools and a slide, but it serves its purpose. The kids splash around and enjoy their time. Afterwards, we have a little something to eat.

Today we go to bed early because tomorrow we have a slightly longer journey to the coast. We want to go to Zadar on the coast tomorrow. The weather is supposed to remain unstable, but we hope to encounter summer here at some point.
