We strolled leisurely along the waterfront in Mahebourg to have delicious rooti with various toppings for breakfast at the weekly market next door. Strengthened, we then walked for about half an hour to the beautiful beach at Pointe d'Esny. It was a wonderful day with a white sandy beach, crystal clear water, colorful boats sailing on it and we were the only ones in this paradise for miles around. What else can top that?
