Sunday is a day off, in Germany these days usually go the same way, doing something casual during the day, meeting at the kebab shop of trust at 7:00 PM, watching Tatort at 8:15 PM.
We used the day to rest and relax, after having a hearty breakfast at our campsite, only paying 23 € for 3 drinks and two meals per person, unbeatable. Before it got too hot, we even played a small round of soccer. After Manu got a big blister on his foot the day before, Dustin followed suit today, what a group of invalids! ;-) Kai can't experience such things at all, why? Well... Okay, I don't want to be unfair, he participated in playing volleyball, he's also up for a bit of sports on vacation.
Around noon, we went to Velipoja, about 40 kilometers away, we got this tip from a nice Swiss guy at our campsite. Finding a parking spot there turned out to be a bit more difficult than expected, tourism hasn't fully arrived here yet. After going back and forth, we finally found a spot, gave the lady 5 € and kindly reminded her: ''THE BUS MUST NOT LEAVE - otherwise there will be trouble!'' :D I wasn't completely comfortable with the situation, but the sea was calling and we desperately needed it at 36 degrees outside. As mentioned above, Manu didn't go for a swim due to his injury (blister on his foot :D), so at least he could look after our things. After cooling down, we sunbathed for a few minutes and then explored the promenade. I don't want to gush again, but the women from Eastern Europe are simply stunning. After encountering what felt like 1000 future Ms. Weichelt, Ms. Heinrich, Ms. Neubert, and Ms. Reinhardt, we had a well-deserved final beer at the southernmost point of our trip. Back at the campsite, enjoying the peace, life, and ice-cold beer, we savored our dreams. In the evening, we were naturally welcomed with open arms at the restaurant, where everyone ended the evening around midnight with a final ''Sex on the Beach'' in Albania. Cheers!
