30th of June arrival in Oslo

So, now I'm finally back in the sun. I have a beautiful apartment and spent a wonderful evening in the Oslo harbor on the first night. Finally had a glass of wine outdoors again. The weather is fantastic. I was in the harbor area until 11 pm. Had dinner at a great restaurant. The harbor and the surroundings are simply a dream. There are so many restaurants in this harbor. You can sit outside everywhere and watch the ships. Just great. Thousands of people are out and about. It reminds me a bit of Sydney and Tel Aviv. Today I walked alone in the harbor and took 17,000 steps, and I think I took at least 100 pictures. I still remember when I was in Oslo four years ago on my tour through Scandinavia, I was already totally enthusiastic. Back then, it was also such a beautiful day. But now to stroll through the city and harbor area for about five hours was simply a delight. One thing I know for sure, if I ever do au pair-granny again, then only in a big city by the sea. Okay, the weather also plays a big role, of course. Just thinking about today's drive by car: it rained the whole time. Then the sun came out shortly before Oslo. I'm really excited about tomorrow. By the way, I didn't plan anything. I'll just start running and enjoy the sun.
