A weekend in the Algarve

Leon and I spent two wonderful days at the "Praia de Odeceixe". This is a small beach located on the northwestern border of the Algarve. A river flows from the bay between the cliffs into the land and irrigates moors, wet meadows and small forests.

We walked a part of the Fisherman's Path there, bathed and read, ate freshly caught fish, saw the stars and the sunrises and sunsets. It was a very relaxing time. It did me good to get out of the big city and into nature.
