Why we only saw the Bay of Kotor from above

Kotor - highly acclaimed and therefore we also wanted to go there. Especially since we had to pass by anyway. Well, passing by was then practically the program. So we drove down from Lipa Cave on the mountain road to Kotor and were thrilled by the fantastic view. On the way, a short stop at a cave directly from the serpentine road. However, it was difficult to access. Only took pictures from the outside and continued, after all, Kotor was waiting for us. But then, at the most beautiful vantage point, 5 tourist buses with retirees from a cruise ship. It should be mentioned that on the mountain road, it is difficult for 2 cars to pass each other. We couldn't wait because there was nowhere else to stop. Well, continue down to Kotor. After all, a city tour is also nice. But bad luck again. On that day, there was some kind of folk festival in Kotor. The police didn't even let us park at the entrance to the town. We were waved on directly. Now we had lost our desire and drove straight to the ferry. After crossing, we ate something along the way and continued towards Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Kotor will have to wait for us. Eventually, we will manage to visit the city.
