24th Feb 2019: The evening before, I wanted to book the transfer to Vang Vieng. They told me to come by at 9 o'clock today. Of course, no one knew about it then. I had already suspected that. We drove from the capital, Vientiane, to Vang Vieng on roads that can hardly be called roads. In the van, there were only Chinese people and I was the only white person.
