Today we had a home office and I gave a training session on liver fasting. That meant we wouldn't have left until around 12:30 p.m. anyway. So we decided to stay here and go golfing this afternoon instead. A wonderful day, sunny and cloudless, 28°, six or seven golf courses around the corner, we just decided on the closest one, Oasis Canyon. Beautiful and wonderful golf course in top condition, unfortunately you are not allowed to walk it, you have to take a cart because the distances between the individual holes are too long. We borrowed two golf bags because we didn't have any clubs with us, and we got two sets of golf clubs from Srixon that were almost new and worked wonderfully. Bought teas and balls and sent them to the post office. It was a challenging course because the fairways are very narrow because the golf course is in a residential area. It went up and down, which of course wasn't a problem with the cart. The lawn of the fairway was dark green, the lawn next to it was light green. We had never seen that before, that you can recognize the fairway by the color of the grass, just different grass.

It was so great and it was so much fun and we actually played well that we're going to discuss this evening whether we should stick around for another day and go play golf again tomorrow. You'll find out in tomorrow's blog.
