Back to Oahu, Day 19

In the morning, we drove back to the airport to fly back to Honolulu. We spent the time before the check-in in the room at the Dole Plantation. James Dole founded the Dole company in 1899 and was at one time the largest pineapple manufacturer in the world. Here at this plantation, everything revolves around pineapples. We took the Pineapple Express where we were explained everything. After a tour in the garden, we had pineapple ice cream before we headed back to Waikiki. We moved into our apartment on the 31st floor of the Monarch Tower. The view is great. In the evening, we went to the promenade.
