Welcome to Miami... is our motto. We arrived at Miami international airport at 10:00 a.m. Outside the airport the uber app helped us to get a very cheap taxi which drove Martin and me to our apartment. It is the first time we have our own apartment which is located 10 minutes away from south beach. At this place we began to explore the surrounded area and took the first bath in the blue and warm atlantic ocean.

In the evening we did some shopping to cook chicken with rice and sauce. Later we looked around the Miami nightlife. It was interesting to see the difference between the German and American meaning of 'go clubbing'.

Composite we had a recreative day at the south beach.
