Today's journey took us to two amazing viewpoints on the way to Hue. One is the view of Danang Beach and the other is the view of Lang Co Lagoon.

We arrived in Hue and started exploring the city. We walked through a market, crossed bridges and streets, saw a beautiful sunset by the river, and had a passion fruit mojito.

Shortly before midnight, Craig and I went to the river to watch the fireworks, as the Vietnamese also celebrate Chinese New Year on February 15th. It was amazing and there were so many locals on their scooters by the river.

The next morning, we had some time before the 3rd overnight train. So I decided to visit the famous Citadel. I walked around it, admired the magnificent buildings, and had a Vietnamese coffee before heading to the train at 2:30 PM.
