Paronella Park is a very special National Park just a little bit south of Cairns. Nowadays owned and run by Marc, who greets every visitor personally, it was discovered by a Spaniard named José in the 1930s. He built this park for visitors and was actually a pioneer by setting the Waterfall alight at night and gaining the needed power by using water. It is very enjoyable to walk through, and the campground is also very good. Thumbs up!
