Unfortunately, Alicia and I woke up very early in the morning because our 75-year-old roommate didn't turn off her alarm that was set for 6:30, or maybe she didn't know how to. So we got ready and went down for breakfast. Alicia's friends from Australia, who came to Canada with the same organization, joined us one by one.
The hostel offers different excursions every day that everyone can participate in. Today, we went on a hike in Capilano Canyon, which was amazing.
I think the photos speak for themselves. The weather was great again, perfect for a little hike. The coolest thing about the tours is that you get to meet so many different people from all over the world (especially many from Australia) and it's easy to strike up a conversation with them.
After the tour, I went to Granville Island. There are two ways to get there, either by walking across the bridge or taking an Aquabus. I chose the Aquabus because I had already walked a lot and it only took about 2 minutes to reach the other side.
Granville Island has a very nice public market and some souvenir shops.
On my last evening, we went to the Beaver Bar again and participated in music bingo there.
