I think it's hard to find a restaurant that's open everywhere on Sundays. That was also the case for me in Westport.

Arriving at 6pm, the place resembled a ghost town. I only came across rental cars with other tourists who were also looking for a decent restaurant. I searched with TripAdvisor on my mobile phone. After ruling out the usual fast food and take-away places, there was only one place left.

Strange, why did I meet all the tourists there that I also met at the various hotspots on the way to Westport?

It was like a class reunion, a brief nod that we've met again and then a look at the menu.

Since the restaurant was full, I had to wait quite a while (2 beers) for my food. Unfortunately, they brought the wrong order. The waitress understood it correctly, but ordered something else.

So I had some less tasty spicy meatballs with tomato sauce.

I had to order some fries to have some side dish at all.

All in all, it was the worst meal up to that point. The only thing that was very tasty, drinkable and heavy was the beer, Miners Dark from the local brewery 50m away.
