Vacation time

First of all, on Thursday we headed to the Fichtelgebirge - picking up Micha and filling up our supplies for the vacation in the store after closing time. What is everyday life for Micha was a bit strange for me... Helping ourselves in the store late at night, not paying and walking out the back door - that's a little thrill.

Early the next morning, we set off for Trieste. After a comfortable eight-hour car ride, during which the first vacation feelings arose thanks to the spectacular Alpine panorama, we reached Italy.

Of course, we spent the afternoon at the sea and then ended the evening with friends in an Osmica, a Slovenian version of our wine taverns, above the peaks of Trieste, with lots of fun and drinks.

This morning we finally reached our final destination for this week - the MS Albatros. After a brief introduction, the ice was quickly broken and we toasted with the first beer to an eventful week... It didn't take long and it was time to 'set sail'...
