Hello friends,
After my wonderful tour, today I went a long way further towards Portugal and I drove through the city of Frigiliana, past Malaga and through Andalusia to Arcos de la Frontera in the Cádiz region. The journey through Andalusia, especially through the region of Malaga and El Chorro, awakened wonderful moments in me over the last two years, as I have already spent several weeks here with a wide variety of people and have experienced very special moments. The region is simply unmistakable and I was itching to stop and go climbing. Unfortunately, it's difficult to do it alone and without a rope.
Since I didn't know Fringiliana in Andalusia yet, I caught up and drove past on the way to Cádiz. And this little mountain town is a real eye-catcher and the shops are wonderful to forget the time between tourist stuff, artists and special features.
I was also lucky because since I arrived relatively late there wasn't that much going on in the city and most of the shops were already open.
I also found it wonderful that the city's history is depicted and described on many boards.
Honestly, from now on I think all Catholic churches that aren't the Sagrada Familia are absolutely ugly and creepy. Especially when there are still such Jesus masks in the church.
And the residents of this city make the city even more beautiful because there is sooooooooo much green in pots here - anyone who knows him, I miss my Herbert.
I didn't have any sore muscles from the hiking tour, but all of these steps were a little more difficult to overcome than without hiking.
Since Andalusia in particular has had many changes of faith and various conquests by different peoples, there are also some places in this city that have remained behind.
So does this fountain, which so simply represents that in my opinion religion follows the saying: "Same, Same, but different." Every religion believes in something. But no religion is superior to another. The same water also flows from these 3 taps at the same speed from the same height, ending up in a common trough.
I believe in ice cream. And so, after 3 hours of strolling through the city, I ended up only spending money on this delicious pleasure!
With this in mind, a super sweet greeting to all of you and stay fresh!
