Rome 2019 - Day 6

Friday, 26 July 2019 – Day 6

Ciao, Joe Cocker, arrivederci!

This time we arrive at Rome Fiumicino airport on time, check in properly and check in our luggage - almost cheesy if it weren't for my fat cheek. I've had terrible toothache since yesterday evening and my dentist at home would even do an evening shift for me. But we were supposed to land in Graz Thalerhof at 6:10 p.m. as planned and go straight to the practice.

Return flight from Rome Fiumicino to Frankfurt to Graz, so FCO-FRA-GRZ. And therefore many possibilities of not arriving on time. We are on schedule until Frankfurt, but then, a delayed departure and also having to fly around storm cells, so we don't arrive in Graz until 7:30.

So I didn't go to the dentist until the next day and received first-class treatment from Dr. Sommer - thank you for the pain relief.

Nevertheless, maybe not in midsummer next time, but Rome is definitely worth a trip.
