Day 15 - Belfast

Hello,

Feeling a little down, I started my day alone in the city center of Belfast. After having breakfast in the park, I visited the City Hall, which from the inside looks like a mix between a museum and a church. Then, as usual, I went for a walk around the city and visited a second-hand bookstore where I managed to get a used copy of Catcher in the Rye for my remaining change, a book that has been on my reading list for a long time. After a short lunch break in the neighborhood, I made my way to the train station and headed to Dublin. In the train, I started planning the next few days, which quickly reignited my motivation and wanderlust. And, of course, I also enjoyed my first glimpses of the Irish landscape.

Upon arriving in Dublin, I dragged myself and my backpack through the city center to my accommodation, and after a refreshing shower, I returned to the city center. I strolled through narrow pedestrian streets with lots of music and finally ended up in a pub with live music, enjoying a glass of wine.

Well, that's it for today. Time to go to bed. Tomorrow starts early, but for once, it's a surprise.
