Finally in Abéné. Home.❤️

After a super exhausting drive through Gambia, we arrived in Abéné yesterday totally exhausted and set up tents in the dark, switched to showering from buckets and washing with cups....

Today in the sun, everyone could explore our home for the next two months and especially relax and play Kalaha in peace and quiet at the beach... Finally ride mopeds again, draw water from the well to relieve the tap water, which is always empty at noon anyway....

In the evening, there was delicious omelette and some treats for the children as a reward for their incredible patience during yesterday's drive. Now we are sitting under the almost full moon and making plans with the president of Abéné for our possible collaboration.
