24 h time to apply for the visa for Vietnam, visit the Te Papa National Museum, and enjoy the beautiful weather with some walks. Wellington appealed to both of us much more than Auckland, lively and not as grey, and great to explore on foot.

In the evening, we met our favorite Swedes again, who had also arrived in Wellington in the meantime. Most BPs have similar travel routes, so you get to meet the occasional one again.
