Finally arrived in Bangkok!

The flight was very pleasant as we were almost alone on the plane and were able to lay down on the four-seater seats to sleep.

Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with our hotel as it looked better in the photos than it actually was. It was very dirty and there were hairs everywhere. Also, the hotel staff did not understand that we needed two beds for the four of us, as they initially offered us a room with only a double bed. Then we looked at another room. That was the family suite. Unfortunately, we couldn't open the second room. It was locked and the key could not be found. We ended up taking the third room, even though it only had 2 single beds, but we were tired and hungry and wanted to explore Bangkok.

First, we tried a coconut on the street. Then we asked the nearest tuk-tuk driver if he could take us to Khao San Road. He said it was 15 minutes away. But in the end, it was actually 45 minutes. During the ride, we realized that it was very tiring in the sun in the tuk-tuk, so Mattis and I fell asleep.

Finally arrived at Khao San Road, we had something to eat first. The food was so delicious! And the bubble tea in Thailand doesn't taste as good as expected.

In the evening, we went to the pool. The view of the tower with the brightly lit top looked like a rocket was about to launch.

In Bangkok, it is very hot and the sun was scorching and the clothes were sticking to our bodies the whole time.
