Reykjavik! Finally some city life again.
A young, open, colorful and very likable city. Above all, the Icelanders are very warm-hearted! The first evening after arriving, I went to a local place and asked for a lighter. Immediately the question came where I come from and that I should come over to them immediately.
After many funny stories and even more laughs, the older couple invited me to continue the party at their home.
Wine bottles were opened, beers were enjoyed, and the Icelanders played Nicole's song. (Ein bisschen Frieden-Grand Prix de Eurovision) This song was then sung half in Icelandic and half in German. We nearly collapsed with laughter. I made some very funny videos here. If you want, just leave a comment or contact me on WhatsApp.
I visited many restaurants, had very good food, visited malls, mastered the happy hour round in the city excellently. ;-) It starts at 12 o'clock in some places until 2 o'clock. Other bars start from 2 to 4 o'clock. Other bars start from 4 to 6/7 o'clock, and so on. I visited the cathedral, museums, galleries, the HARPA Concert Hall, and attractions such as the PERLAN (Multimedia show about the Aurora/great exhibition and multimedia films about Iceland/similarly designed like the House of Nature in Salzburg. And I simply enjoyed myself in the city for 3 days.
After many weeks of complete seclusion, this really did me good! I enjoyed it very much.
......AND. Last but not least..... My broken camera in the iPhone was repaired again! Yay!!
