Camping tour Part 1: Hope

Our vacation is over and I have about 5,000 new photos on my computer >.< (yeah, three people with digital cameras and smartphones).

So, I'll start sorting through them and picking out the best ones, and in the next few weeks, I'll post one stop or one leg of our trip at a time.

We'll start with Hope. I don't have very good memories of this town, as my car broke down here three months ago. But we had already decided to make this our first stop, and everyone deserves a second chance. I have to say, Hope didn't take it :/
After Vancouver greeted Anna and Kerstin a day earlier with bright sunshine, Hope had other plans. It started raining in Abbotsford, where we picked up our RV, and it didn't stop until the evening. But we Northerners weren't going to let a little rain stop us, so we still checked out the village and the campground.

The next day, the rain stopped and we wanted to visit the nearby Othello Tunnels. After a short walk, we unfortunately found out that the tunnels weren't open yet. That's when the early travel date became apparent. But the walk was still nice :)
