There is a icy wind blowing, so we eat the confirmation bread under the duvet. We are back in Queenstown at 8:00 am, we now have a parking space and start the ascent to Bob's Peak. One hour later, we are (just before the first cable car tourists) on the mountain. We enjoy the view of Queenstown and the lake as well as a delicious, hot chocolate. In accordance with Thomas' 'trail runner' shoes, we zoom down the mountain. As a reward, we treat ourselves to a delicious brunch and stroll through the cosy little town and market stalls.
After a short and once again very beautiful car journey, we arrive at the campsite in Mossburn. A beautiful evening, which is very successful for Pia (Jazzy victory!). Thomas' mood remains undisturbed, possibly thanks to his anticipation of the corn and steak from the grill...
