The German is back in town

Dɛn dɔn pablish am: 07.06.2017

After spending another 2 days at OneWorldBackpackers, I quickly moved back to the Studies in Wilson, who welcomed me warmly again.
Back at the old location, we went straight to Cottesloe Beach to cool off in the Indian Ocean at 36 degrees. The sun got to us a bit (hm, maybe it was the Goon), because for some reason we started talking about Frankfurt sausages. I made it clear to the guys that nothing beats a good German bratwurst and that the sausages I have enjoyed here so far do not deserve the name bratwurst. The patriotic Aussies couldn't let that go and a BBQ was declared for the following evening.

1 T-Bone steak and several sausages later, I wasn't convinced otherwise, but I was stuffed. With this foundation, I could also endure the subsequent drinking games, even though we all had headaches the next day :-)

On Saturday, Tony, the third roommate, had his graduation ceremony. During the day, we still went to the city and watched the first race of the Perth Series, a cycling race that takes place in 4 different locations in and around Perth.

On Sunday, another highlight, AFL Preseason Gameday. The West Coast Eagles, Fremantle Dockers, and Hawthorne United played against each other in a short tournament (NAP Cup)! Then we went to the airport heading to Melbourne....
