At 2:30 PM, I started a bit late from Vienna to Dresden with my caravan. But I didn't take the direct route, instead I took a detour via Poysbrunn to pick up my 3 girls, who were spending time at the Märchensommer, while I loaded the caravan and car.

Then we finally started for real. We drove through Brno and Prague across the Czech Republic, until we finally checked in at 'Quality Hotel Dresden West' on the outskirts of Dresden at 10:30 PM. This was a spontaneous decision because we started late and all campsites were closed.

The man at the reception was very accommodating and friendly and everything else went perfectly.

I quickly supplied the caravan for the night and then made myself comfortable in bed with my 3 women!
