Monday, 06.02.:
Today we went snorkeling at Ninagloo Reef.. WOW WOW WOW.. I'm impressed... we saw 2 reef sharks, 4 turtles, and sooooo many colorful fish... It was awesome.. Unfortunately, there are no pictures as they are all on the underwater camera... but here I have a picture of the turtle... I'll show you the rest at home :)
Tuesday, 07.02.:
Since Coral Bay is so beautiful, we stayed here for 2 nights :)
Unfortunately, we didn't see any rays while snorkeling, but they surprised us on the beach the next morning... :)
In the evening, we continued towards Exmouth.
We met some German guys at the campsite and drove with them to the Termite Nest campsite where we ended the evening with a beer and playing cards;)
The one on the left is a termite nest. They were everywhere and soooo huge!!!!
Wednesday, 08.02.:
Today we went to Exmouth and visited Cape Range National Park:
On the way there, we saw an echidna, many kangaroos and cows, and pink-headed birds:
Thursday, 09.02.:
Today we wanted to go to Karijini National Park towards Broome..
and what happened?! :
That was quite frustrating because we had to change our travel plans. Due to all the rain, there was flooding and the road was closed for 3 days.
We decided to drive back to Perth, return the camper there. Since we could only spend half a day in Perth anyway, we are now looking forward to a few more days in Perth :)
Friday, 10.02. + Saturday, 11.02.:
Covered a few kilometers with a few breaks by the sea (whenever the sun came out) or lying on a meadow.
Sand dunes right by the roadside
Sunday, 12.02.:
We drove the remaining kilometers to Perth/Fremantle and then went to the market in Fremantle.
We spent hours there because it was so beautiful :)
Afterwards, we went to Kings Park in Perth and took a nap in the grass there under palm trees.
Afterwards, we looked for a campsite and had dinner there and played cards.
Until next week!
Since 9.02, I have been allowed to draw 2 cards per day because otherwise there would be some left at the end... because it's not long until I finally come home again. *aaaaaah*
Cheers! :-*
