A somewhat lean week

Hello dear ones, this week was not so interesting, so this post is a bit lean ;-)

Monday, 22.08.:

It all started on Monday, because today I had to write an essay on the topic 'Is globalisation dependent more on technical advancement or political decision?' with 400-600 words. Very very boring for me, because I'm not interested in such topics at all *oops* and so I really had to force myself to sit there all day. Claudi put pressure on me and so I had no other choice *g*.

Well, that's all I did today ;-)

Tuesday, 23.08.:

Since the essay and the research were far from finished, I went back to work today. At 8pm my motivation was at an all-time low and I met Caro and we planned our holiday week - end of September - a bit, sat in a café and then walked along the beach for a bit.

Oh, and what I found - A $1 ice cream!!! - and that's only 1 station away from where I live and 10 minutes on foot. Isn't that awesome?!!! I had to go for it right away after being on an ice cream withdrawal. ;-)

Wednesday, 24.08.:

And today we continue with the essay!! Today the lecture was cancelled, as we have the mid-term examination of a course next week. (Online mid-term examination :D)

In the evening I quickly talked to Madleine, the birthday girl, on the phone and then off to bed! :-)

Thursday, 25.08:

Today there was a lecture again, from 12pm to 7pm.

Afterwards we met Nici and Caro for a BBQ, because today was 'Doctors and Nurses Party' at the university.

Friday, 26.08.:

After a very short night - but still quite fit - I took a shower first and then enjoyed the beautiful weather at the beach. Then work called from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.

When I got home, it was time for the next Skype date with Laura :-) ♥

Saturday, 27.08.:

Well, today I didn't do anything special either. Caught up on sleep from Thursday and slept in, and then I went to work from 12:00 to 11:30pm.

Sunday, 28.08.:

This morning I sat down for the lectures and studied, and in the afternoon I went to the beach with Nici & Dominik.

Summer is slowly coming here, the weather is getting better and better :-)

Summer - sun - sunshine.. *Yippppeeeee*

After the beach, we walked around the town a bit, sat in Dominik's jacuzzi and then went out for a $3 steak.

Well, that's it for this week!

This week was probably Fessler's week :-)
