Saying goodbye

Hello,

today we were able to sleep in a little after being out last night. The alarm clock rang at 09:15 and then it was time to say goodbye to the travel group.😟 Yesterday was the last day and today the group separated from each other and each continues their journey alone. Some went back to Bali, others extended their stay on Gili Trawangan, just like us and Koen and Teun, the two guys from the Netherlands.

After saying goodbye, we had breakfast, packed the last things and checked out. Then Mareike and I went to the new accommodation, where we were able to move into our room directly. This one is not as nice as the previous ones, but it's completely fine for two nights.

Mareike, me and the guys decided to rent bikes today and ride around the island. Normally it takes about two hours, we took four 🤷🏼‍♀️. But we cruised around the island very relaxed and stopped several times to take photos, eat and drink, or to look for the key to the guys' bike lock, unfortunately in vain. So the guys had to pay the 'damage' of 50,000 Rupiah, just like we did yesterday.

After the bike trip, we briefly parted ways with the guys to freshen up for our dinner together.

We met again at 7:00 PM and went to eat together.

After about three hours, it was time to say goodbye again, Koen and Teun will leave Gili Trawangan tomorrow morning to start the next G Adventure trip on Friday. ☹ The four of us were sad that the beautiful time together is now over and we have to go our separate ways.

Now we're back in bed and about to go to sleep. 😴
