Glenntunnel-Arthur Pass-Akaroa

The first stop today was Arthur Pass with a drive through the beautiful Arthur National Park. We had a coffee there and saw the mountain parrots causing some trouble for the campers. We then continued on to Castel Hill Rocks, which was also very impressive. The landscape there is just like being in the Lord of the Rings movies. Our next destination was the Onuku Farm campground near Akaroa. It was a long drive to get there, and the road kept getting narrower. When we finally arrived, we were impressed with the farm, it was so simple and cool to see how they lived, even with the cabins that you could rent and there was also a hostel. Just super laid back. We cooked there and stayed overnight at the campground.
