19. On the way to Delphi

Day 19: Since widespread bad weather was forecasted for today, we decided to make some progress on our journey. After all, we want to be in Athens on Friday to meet our children.

At the same time, we can do some laundry on the way for a change.

On the way, we experience typical April weather: rain, sun, and hail alternate. When we arrive at 'Delphi Camping' around 7 pm, we experience a rollercoaster of emotions. On one hand, we are excited about the great view from our pitch (the site was awarded by ADAC last year). On the other hand, we are afraid that one of the pine trees might fall on our roof because of a fierce storm.

However, our camp host distracts us from the weather by offering a delicious tasting of olive products.
