After saying 'Au revoir' to the frogs and water birds in Gondreville on the Moselle, the journey continues. Across France, on small country roads and through sparsely populated areas. Harvested wheat fields and the bright soils of Champagne as far as the eye can see. Here and there, a few dry sunflower fields. Small villages with huge churches. Abandoned, decaying half-timbered houses and farms. Sometimes, there is still a classic bar tabac, like in the French book from the 80s...

In Bonny-sur-Loire, we drive over a beautiful bridge overlooking the famous river, which flows here in a picturesque and calm way.

For the night, we have chosen a small lake in Haut Limousin: The Etang de Sagnat in Bessines-sur-Gartempe. On the shore, we find a nice spot with a great view of the lake.
