Women in Armenia

ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ: 01.10.2019

In Armenia, women are quite different from those in Georgia. They are also stylish, but less extravagant, somehow more natural. With a few exceptions, they were also more approachable, without the reservation that I had experienced before.

What I really liked was the warmhearted interaction with the children. The women are very motherly and the children hop around them like young goats.

I also noticed that many grandparents take care of the children - with angelic patience. There were also many beautiful family scenes, especially on Sundays. Whole families out and about in the parks and recreational areas, and also nice - very present fathers and grandfathers, visibly delighted with their offspring. The pride was palpable.

The women may forgive me for taking snapshots of them. I couldn't ask everyone, but I did it with respect and a slight guilty conscience.
By the way, most of them, if not with children, are traveling in pairs or groups.

However, there are hardly any begging women or men. Perhaps the family units are still more intact and therefore the care for children and the elderly as well. I don't know. Nor do I know how the situation is in rural areas. My impressions are made up of short moments, but they still paint a picture.
