And that was actually the only unpleasant meal I had so far in Vietnam.

Then it was back to Hanoi by bus at 4pm. I arrived at 10pm.

Back in Hanoi, I went to another hostel. Clean, cheap, comfortable mattress. The agent from the Sapa tour in the old hostel kept writing to me, asking if I wanted to go to Ha Long the next day. She just wanted to sell me more tours. It eventually annoyed me. Luckily, I found a much better hostel. And even cheaper. Although, at check-in, they also asked me what I was doing tomorrow... In any case, there was this super delicious food in the evening. With lots of pepper, just the way I like it.
