Day 19 - Miami Beach

After getting up, we first went out to find a nice place for breakfast. We ended up at an 'Italian gourmet bakery'. It was expensive, the coffee was delicious, and the bun (as always) was soggy. But at least we were asked whether we wanted it warm or cold. ;-)

Afterwards we went straight to the beach. After all, the past few days were exhausting enough, it was time to relax. And there we were, lying on Miami Beach, bathing in the wonderful seawater, and letting the sun beat down on us.

In the evening we went to an Italian restaurant that actually had Italian food on offer, unlike the Italian bakery in the morning. These were the first noodles that were not completely overcooked that we have ever seen in the USA.

Afterwards, we went for a stroll along the famous Ocean Drive. Conclusion: unspectacular.
