It's getting serious now.

In exactly one week, I'll be on my way to Berlin. By then, I have to pack my backpack. I actually have everything together, but don't you always have that feeling that you forgot something?

My new approach is to pack what is essential for survival and contributes to staying healthy.

For me, that mainly includes a lot of sunscreen, insect repellent spray, a few emergency medications, and gloves for daily work.
